David Frith

David Frith has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on credit unions. David has held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer, Director of Information Technology, Director of Branch Operations, Director of Business Systems, and IT Project Manager.

Throughout their career, David has managed a wide range of responsibilities, such as compliance, accounting, electronic payments, contract administration, corporate insurance, innovation, strategic plan development, facilities management, product management, and customer experience. David has also been involved in managing regulatory filings and ensuring accuracy of reporting, approving investments to meet budgetary targets, overseeing IT department operations and management, disaster recovery planning, database administration, reporting, IT security, collections department, call center, eBranch, and payment systems.

David has been an integral part of annual budgetary processes, strategic planning with senior management and the Board of Directors, and creating transition plans for departments. David has also been involved in overseeing multiple facilities projects, planning credit union training events, creating budgets and annual strategic plans, and implementing goal-oriented planning and accountability measures.

Prior to their roles in credit unions, David worked as a Data Processing Supervisor at Resource One Credit Union, providing help desk and network support, managing core processing systems, and performing report writing. David also served as a Lending Specialist, responsible for processing loan applications and cross selling credit union products, and as a Member Services Representative, resolving issues and cross selling products to members.

David Frith attended the Southwest CUNA Management School from 2008 to 2010, where they did not earn a specific degree or study a particular field. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Masters in IT Management at the University of Phoenix. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at the University of North Texas from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies with a minor in Finance. Additionally, in June 2010, David Frith obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation v3.
