Brett Olen

Brett Olen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of CRM Operations at Hornblower since January 2016, Brett has demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships. Previously, Brett held the position of Manager of Outside Operations at Manhattan Woods Golf Club from May 2004 to August 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing budgets, staffing a team of over 50, and coordinating golf outings and events.
