Carole Fairway has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development. carole started their career at Ladbrokes in 1990 as a Regional Training Officer, where they were responsible for managing the divisional succession plan and promoting the department's services. carole worked at Ladbrokes until 2008.

In 2009, Carole joined GTG Training as a Training Manager. In this role, they developed and implemented the strategy and objectives for the Business and Management Department. carole also worked with clients to analyze their business and target specific weaknesses in their management teams. Carole remained at GTG Training until 2014.

Since 2014, Carole has been working at City Refrigeration Holdings (UK) Ltd. carole initially joined as a Learning and Development Business Partner, collaborating with key stakeholders and facilitating the delivery of key development interventions. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Head of Learning and Development, where they continued to support internal stakeholders with their delivery of training and learning interventions.

Overall, Carole has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in managing training programs, developing learning strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of development interventions.

Carole Fairway completed their education at the University of Stirling from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a BSc Hons degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended Falkirk College of Further and Higher Education, where they pursued a HND in Human Resource Management.
