Britt Kleine

Britt Kleine has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Britt is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Operations at City Fitness, where they have implemented game-changing initiatives to improve company culture and strengthen operational foundation. Britt is known for their skills in people management and has successfully led the reopening of City Fitness after a five-month closure due to COVID-19. Prior to this role, Britt was the Vice President of Sales at City Fitness, where they focused on hitting sales targets and establishing connections with the corporate community in Philadelphia.

Before joining City Fitness, Britt worked at Special Olympics Pennsylvania as a Director, where they were responsible for the strategic planning and business development of the organization. Britt also held the role of Special Events & Marketing Manager, where they generated revenue and enhanced brand awareness for Special Olympics Pennsylvania.

Earlier in their career, Britt owned and managed the Markham Summer Ringette League, where they handled all aspects of the league's operations, including budget management, scheduling, and marketing. Britt also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Front Row Marketing Services and as a Sales and Customer Service Manager at 404 Stone Limited. In addition, they served as the Operations & Marketing Manager at Quarters Restaurant, where they managed a large team and created marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

Britt Kleine completed their education in a chronological manner. Britt obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies and Cultural Studies, with a focus on Critical Thinking, from McMaster University. Britt attended McMaster University from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they earned a Master's Degree in Sport Management from Drexel University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
