Swetha Shetty

Swetha Shetty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and performance analysis, currently serving as the Data and Performance Manager at City Gateway since February 2012. In this role, Swetha leads KPI and social impact reporting, data analysis, forecasting, and the development of new business models for study programs and IT apprenticeships. Swetha has held multiple roles within City Gateway, including Interim Performance Manager and Data and Exams Lead, focusing on stakeholder reporting and maintaining accurate monitoring records for funded contracts. Prior to City Gateway, Swetha gained experience in office administration as a Farm Volunteer at Stepney City Farm and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at BEML LTD., with a foundational education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kannur University.
