Joe Bell

Joe Bell is an experienced professional in the vocational skills sector, currently serving as Client Manager for Skills Development at City & Guilds since June 2011. In this role, Joe collaborates with employers to enhance learning and development strategies that align with business objectives, fostering employee engagement and productivity. Previously, Joe held several positions within the City & Guilds Group, including Adult Skills and Employment Partnership Manager and Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on Degree Apprenticeships and student employability. Prior to this, Joe gained experience at The Network as Marketing Account Manager and Business Manager. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Education from the University of Leeds and a BA Honours in History from the University of Leicester.
