Kristina Seed is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning and development, apprenticeship delivery, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Executive at Travel Counsellors since November 2023, Kristina also works as an Independent End Point Assessor for the Travel standard at City & Guilds since January 2019. Kristina's previous experience includes roles as Head of Quality Assurance and Apprenticeship Delivery Manager at Northern Training Academy Limited from September 2019 to November 2023, ensuring high standards in apprenticeship programs. With a long tenure at Thomas Cook from June 1997 to February 2020, Kristina held various positions, including Team Manager, where responsibilities included leading assessor teams and delivering training in Travel standards and Business Administration. Over 18 years in the travel sector also includes roles ranging from apprentice to customer service manager.
