Sharron Street is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery and quality management. Sharron has served as Service Delivery Manager and Quality Manager for Direct and International at City & Guilds since December 2013. Prior to this role, Sharron was the National Customer Services Manager at Moores Furniture Group Limited from August 2005 to May 2010. Experience also includes positions as Corporate Business Operations Manager at Orange from May 2000 to June 2005 and Call Center Operations Manager at BT Cellnet (O2) from January 1992 to April 2000.
