Arabelle Gatilao

Arabelle Gatilao has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and budgeting roles. Arabelle started their career as a Finance Controller for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia, managing finance and accounting functions for various programs. Arabelle then worked as a Regional Finance Controller for multiple country offices in the Balkans and Caucasus region. Arabelle also held positions as a Budget Officer, Senior Finance Officer, and Senior Budget Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where they managed budgeting processes and provided financial support. Arabelle later worked as a Budget Associate at UN Women, reviewing and coordinating budgets. Arabelle then served as a Controller at the Population Council, overseeing accounting policies and procedures.
