Pedro Urbaez

Pedro Urbaez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked at Starbucks as a Barista and Shift Supervisor until 2004. Pedro then joined MachineRunner.com as a Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative from 2004 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at NY Mets as an Account Executive focused on Season Tickets and Group Sales, where they achieved notable success in retaining season ticket holders and executing account relocations. Pedro later joined City Harvest, starting as a Coordinator of Community Partnerships in 2011 and steadily progressing to roles such as Assistant Manager and Manager of Mobile Markets. Pedro was responsible for managing produce distribution programs to families in designated neighborhoods and overseeing program operations. Pedro's most recent position, starting in 2020, is Associate Director of Program Operations at City Harvest, where they have been responsible for planning and distributing millions of pounds of food across various agencies and distribution programs in New York City.
