David Irvin has extensive experience in the banking industry. David started their career at One Valley Bank in 1990 as a Vice President and held this position until 2000. David then joined One Valley Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer (VP) from 1991 to 2001. Following this, they served as an Executive Vice President at Bank of Charles Town (BCT) from 2001 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at City National Bank since 2012.
David Irvin obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance, General from Liberty University between 1985 and 1989. David later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Frostburg State University, completing it between 2001 and 2003.
