Jeroen van de Kraats is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in project development and innovative real estate concepts. Currently, Jeroen serves as a co-owner at Bramdoly Buitenplaats, focusing on a newly discovered outdoor location that emphasizes craftsmanship and local richness. As a co-owner of RAAK ontwikkeling, Jeroen is involved in developing new real estate concepts including city hubs, data centers, and business parks. Jeroen also co-founded City Hub, which aims to ensure zero-emission supply for urban centers by 2025. Previous roles include project developer at Woest Developers, asset developer at TCN, and head of project development at MBB Ontwikkeling B.V. Jeroen's educational background includes a Master's in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a degree in Construction from Hogeschool Utrecht.
