Rafa Lugo

Rafa Lugo, M.S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in account management, mortgage loan origination, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at We Rent Copiers since February 2024, Rafa previously held the position of Mortgage Loan Originator at City Lending Inc. since October 2021, alongside co-founding a marketing operations initiative to enhance team performance. Previous roles include Sales Development Representative positions at multiple organizations, including PartnerOp and Fraîche, and serving as an Event Services Coordinator at the University of New Orleans. Rafa's background also encompasses strategic event operations consultancy for the New Orleans Convention Company and various hospitality roles at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and The Troubadour Hotel New Orleans. Rafa holds a Master of Science in Hotel & Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Loyola University New Orleans.
