Richard Niquen

Richard Niquen is an experienced loan processor and mortgage loan originator, currently employed at City Lending Inc since December 2022. Previous roles include mortgage loan processor at Alterra Home Loans, and various loan processor positions at City Lending Inc, Contour Mortgage Corporation, Supreme Lending, and Fidelity Direct Mortgage. Richard also served as assistant manager at Burke & Herbert Bank from 2006 to 2016. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge, earned between 1999 and 2003.
