Tom Mispagel

Tom Mispagel is an experienced sales representative at City Lighting Products since April 2021 and serves as Alderman Ward II and President of the Board for the City of Lake Saint Louis concurrently. Prior to these roles, Tom Mispagel was the Vice President at LEC - Ward Burton from January 1989 to April 2021. Tom Mispagel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Rockhurst University, earned from 1984 to 1988.
