Matt Bates

Vice President at City Net Homeless Services

Matt Bates has held various roles throughout their work experience. Matt started in 2003 as the Director of Annual Giving and Special Gifts at the University of Southern California. In 2007, they became the Regional Giving and Training Officer at Mission Increase Foundation. From 2013 onwards, they held the position of Vice President at City Net and Bedrock Creek/City Net.

Matt Bates earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Religion from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Matt later pursued a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same university, completing the program from 2007 to 2009.
