Kaylene Sauer

Kaylene Sauer has extensive experience in the education and childcare fields, serving as an Educational Assistant at Aberdeen School District 6-1 since August 2006, where responsibilities include teaching lessons based on the Boys Town Curriculum. Additionally, Kaylene has worked seasonally as a concessions worker at Wylie Park for the City of Aberdeen, SD, since May 2010, and previously held the position of Childcare Teacher at Aberdeen Family YMCA from October 1989 to August 2007, focusing on infant care and after-school programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a 2+2 teacher at NESD Head Start from 2003 to 2005. Kaylene earned a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Fine Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences from Northern State University, with studies beginning at Yankton College in 1984.
