Carolyn Hogg

Information Technology Director at City of Alameda

Carolyn Hogg has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Carolyn started their career in 1992 as a Systems Analyst at the County of Fresno (Municipal Courts) and worked there until 1997. Carolyn then joined Madera Community Hospital as a CIO from 1997 to 2007. After that, they worked as a CIO at the City of Fresno from 2007 to 2015. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology Director at the City of Alameda since 2016. Carolyn has always been dedicated to utilizing innovation and technology to transform the organizations they have worked for.

Carolyn Hogg attended California State University, Fresno from 1980 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, emphasizing in Information Technology and German as their field of study.
