Grecia Mannah-Ayon

Grecia Mannah-Ayon is a seasoned professional in housing and human services, currently serving as the Housing and Human Services Program Manager for the City of Alameda since July 2024. Previously, Mannah-Ayon was the Housing Policy Manager at TransForm, where engagement with partner organizations and public agencies focused on pro-housing policies for affordable housing near transit. Experience as an Assistant Regional Housing Planner at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission involved managing grants related to the Regional Housing Technical Assistance Program.
