Nafisah Ali

Nafisah Ali is a seasoned professional in human resources and environmental science with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Alameda since September 2014, Nafisah has held various roles within the organization, including Human Resources Analyst II and Human Resources Analyst. Previously, Nafisah was the Senior Center Manager at GreenCitizen from 2005 to 2013, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, implementing safety standards, and overseeing client and vendor accounts. Early in the career, Nafisah gained valuable experience as an Environmental Science Student at the State Water Resources Control Board and as a Regional Environmental Intern at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Nafisah holds a BA in Physical Geography from the University of California, Berkeley.
