Jeff Lucero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as the Senior Personnel/Labor Relations Officer for the City of Albuquerque, Jeff coordinates HR compliance across multiple departments, oversees disciplinary processes, and manages personnel files while ensuring adherence to various regulations. Additionally, Jeff contributes to the Board of Directors for First Choice Community Healthcare and the Holocaust and Intolerance Museum of New Mexico. Previously, Jeff held positions such as Human Resources Director at Ability First, Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, and Assistant Store Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. Jeff’s educational background includes a dual MBA in Healthcare Management and Human Resource Management from AIU, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Chemistry from The University of New Mexico.
