Tom Darling

Tom Darling is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources for the City of Albuquerque, where responsibilities include overseeing the Employee Learning Center focused on engaging city employees. Tom also founded and serves as CEO of TeamWork Logic, a company dedicated to enhancing workplace environments through training and development. In addition, Tom has a longstanding role as a faculty member at Central New Mexico Community College, teaching various business and entrepreneurial programs, while also holding multiple leadership positions within the institution. Tom's previous professional experience encompasses roles in mortgage origination and design, complemented by advanced education with a Master of Education in Adult and Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Architecture.
