Chelsey Aprill is currently the Director of Public and Media Relations at the City of Allen. With a background in news production, communication management, and marketing, Chelsey has extensive experience in leading strategic communication efforts. From managing crisis communication during the COVID-19 pandemic to overseeing the city's website and social media platforms, Chelsey has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills throughout their career. Chelsey holds a Master of Public Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Certificate in Public Communication from Texas Christian University.
