Tracy Hailey

Tracy Hailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community planning and public safety. Currently serving as a Community Enhancement Planner for the City of Allen since August 2022, Tracy previously held roles at the City of Plano, including Sr. Property Standards Specialist and 911 Operator from February 2014 to July 2022. Additionally, Tracy contributed as a Volunteer Firefighter for the City of Pottsboro between March 2013 and August 2018, and served as a Police Officer in the City of Tulsa from January 1997 to June 2001. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas State University, completed between 1991 and 1994.
