Angela Daraphon

Angela Daraphon, PHRca, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Employee Relations Analyst for the City of Anaheim since May 2023. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Cue Health from June 2021 to March 2023 and worked as a Senior Recruiter at Yardi from August 2016 to June 2021. Angela's experience also includes serving as a Direct-Hire Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and as a Shop Manager at Michael Kors. From May 2009 to June 2015, Angela worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Angela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of California, Riverside, and earned a Certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education between 2019 and 2021.
