Amy Quartell

Amy Quartell, PE, serves as the City Engineer for the City of Ankeny since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Prior to this role, Amy held positions including Project Manager at TerraTechnologies LLC and Lead Civil Engineer at The Foth Companies. Additional experience includes serving as Transportation Engineer at Shive-Hattery, Project Manager at HDR, and Project Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Amy Quartell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained in 1999.
