Jen Eyer

Jen Eyer serves as a City Council Member for the City of Ann Arbor since November 2020 and is the Principal at Eyer Consulting, a role held since April 2021. Eyer's background includes work as a Communications Strategist for Vanguard Public Affairs, where significant public advocacy campaigns were managed. Previous positions also encompass Communications Director for Whitmer for Governor, Director of Community Engagement for MLive Media Group, and multiple roles at MLive.com, including Senior News Producer and Reporter. Eyer's extensive experience in community engagement and journalism is backed by a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and French from Michigan State University and further studies at Alliance Francaise Paris and the University of Michigan.
