Joe Lange

Joe Lange is an experienced energy analyst currently leading residential decarbonization programs at the City of Ann Arbor, focusing on sustainability initiatives such as a solar group-buy program and improving energy efficiency in rental housing. Previously, Joe held the position of energy coordinator, co-leading community energy programs centered on renewable energy and beneficial electrification. Joe's background includes serving as an outreach specialist at the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, where communication strategies were developed to promote the Division of Fish & Wildlife's mission. Educational accomplishments include dual Master's degrees in Public Administration and Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University.
