Manny Montoya

Manny Montoya is an experienced professional in the field of construction management, currently serving as the Cellular Infrastructure Manager for the City of Ann Arbor since September 2017. In addition to this role, Manny has been a Construction Project Manager at SBA Communications since January 2012. Manny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from ITT Technical Institute-Tampa, earned between 2007 and 2011.
