Matthew Kowalski

Matthew Kowalski has extensive experience in urban planning and environmental management, currently serving as Chair of the Planning Commission for the Village of Dexter since March 2001 and as City Planner for the City of Ann Arbor since May 2000. Prior experience includes a role as Hazardous Substance Controller at Chrysler from 1993 to 1997. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning with a focus on Natural Resources from the University of Michigan, obtained between 1997 and 1999, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health with a concentration in Chemistry from Oakland University, completed in 1993.
