Suzann Flowers

Suzann Flowers, MPA, currently serves as the Transportation Program Manager for the City of Ann Arbor, focusing on the implementation of the Vision Zero Plan since February 2022. Prior to this role, Suzann was a Transportation Planner at the Washtenaw Area Transportation Study from May 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading the development of a $20 million Transportation Improvement Program, creating public outreach initiatives, and managing federally funded programs totaling over $6 million annually. Previous experience also includes serving as an Associate Planner at the Southwest Michigan Planning Commission from May 2007 to May 2014, where oversight of small urban and rural task force programs was key. Suzann holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
