Kayla Fulmer

Kayla Fulmer currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Director for the City of Apache Junction, a position held since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Marketing and Community Relations at J.O. Combs Unified School District from April 2019 to May 2024, PR Marketing Manager at Maricopa County Community College District from September 2018 to April 2019, and Public Information Officer at the City of Casa Grande from August 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, Kayla served as CASA Marketing and Outreach Specialist at the Arizona Supreme Court and held various positions in community and marketing outreach, including Executive Director at the Arizona Sexual Assault Network. Kayla began the career with an office management role at La Musique Academy and an internship at Planned Parenthood Arizona, Inc. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from Arizona State University from 2005 to 2008.
