Kevin Merrill

Kevin Merrill began their career in 1994, working in various positions for Casper's Ice Cream, Inc. In 2000, they joined Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. as an EIT. In 2003, they moved to Marshall Engineering Group, Inc. as a Project Manager. Finally, in 2009, they joined the City of Arcadia, first as an Assistant Engineer, then as an Associate Civil Engineer, and finally as a Principal Civil Engineer.

Kevin Merrill attended Utah State University from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
