Courtney Devito

Courtney DeVito has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at the City of Aspen since June 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at the City of Aspen, including Deputy Director of Human Resource Operations and Risk Management, Interim Deputy Director of HR, and Employee Relations / Risk Manager from 2012 to 2020. Before working at the City of Aspen, DeVito was a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Aspen Skiing Company from 2010 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area from 2003 to 2010.

Courtney DeVito earned their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Saint Michael's College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
