Cynthia Thomas

Cynthia Thomas is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager for the City of Atlanta since September 2016. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions including Training Manager - Content at the City of Atlanta and Sr. Instructional Designer at UPS, Cox Communications, and Earthlink. Cynthia also worked as a Program Manager-HR and Sr. Instructional Designer at Cisco Systems, Inc., as well as in various roles at AT&T, including Business Analyst and Manager - Performance Support. Cynthia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
