Josiah Williams

Josiah Williams is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager in the United States Army Reserve since October 2017, Josiah assesses and reports on the command's operational and administrative effectiveness. Concurrently, in the role of Senior Business Analyst for the City of Atlanta, Josiah leads research projects and designs data-driven reports. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Royal Foods Service, Transportation Operations Manager in the U.S. Army Reserves, and various roles within the U.S. Department of Defense and the Navy, where Josiah demonstrated expertise in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from the Metropolitan College of New York.
