Melody Muse Simmons, NIGP-CPP, currently serves as a Category Lead for the City of Atlanta, where responsibilities include leading a team of Category Specialists in procurement operations and providing training across functions. Prior roles include Contract Specialist and Procurement Specialist at the City of Atlanta, focusing on sourcing goods and services in compliance with city regulations. Melody also held positions at Ricoh as a Senior Specialist in Order Coordination, Honeywell as a Buyer managing sources for materials, and LXE Inc. in various capacities, including Senior Service Specialist and Installed Account Manager.
