Redowan Kabir Kaushik

Redowan Kabir Kaushik is an experienced urban planner currently serving as Urban Planner II for the City of Atlanta since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kaushik worked as an Urban Planner at the Collaborative from June 2023 to January 2024 and gained experience as a Summer Intern with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission from May 2022 to June 2023. Previous positions include Research Assistant at the University of Maryland and Lecturer roles at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and State University of Bangladesh. Kaushik holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Architecture from Khulna University.
