Alicia Arkulary-Montoya, BBM, MSOL, currently serves as the Manager of Housing and Community Development for the City of Aurora, where responsibilities include enhancing affordable housing, job creation, and support for small businesses. Alicia also holds a position as a Board Member at Mi Casa Resource Center. Previously, Alicia gained experience as a Compliance Officer and Management Analyst II with the City and County of Denver, focusing on small business programs and outreach.
