Randal Stephens

Randal Stephens is a Grant Writer for the City of Aurora since September 2024, responsible for coordinating the grant application and management process, collaborating with city leadership to identify funding opportunities, and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines. Previously, Randal held multiple roles at Antero Group, including Operations and Grants Administrator and Senior Planner, and completed an internship at the Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry, assessing brownfield sites. Additional experience includes positions at The TJX Companies, Home Builders Association of East Central Illinois, MKTG, and several roles during academic tenure at Illinois State University. Randal holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Illinois State University.
