Christine Maguire

Christine Maguire, AICP, EDFP, currently serves as the Redevelopment Division Manager for the City of Austin, leading initiatives in economic development and public-private partnerships to promote equitable community growth. With extensive experience in urban planning and economic development, Christine has held key positions such as Senior Manager at DPFG, Redevelopment Administrator for the City of Garland, and Community Development Manager in Fort Worth. Christine’s expertise includes public financing, economic impact analysis, and affordable housing development, having managed diverse portfolios of clients and strategic projects in various cities. Christine obtained an MS in Urban Planning and Economic Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
