Adam Manne

Adam Manne, MBA, CPPO, VCO, currently serves as the Chief of Procurement for the City of Baltimore since June 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Procurement Director for Prince William County from April 2011 to June 2023. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as Procurement Officer for Alexandria City Public Schools from September 2008 to April 2011 and working as Credit Manager for May Department Stores from 1997 to 2002. Adam holds an MBA in Business Administration from Strayer University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
