Justin Williams

Justin Williams currently serves as the Deputy Mayor for Community and Economic Development in Baltimore, overseeing 13 agencies to implement the Mayor's vision for community and business growth. In addition to this role, Justin is a Board Member of the Maryland Stadium Authority and previously held the position of Vice Chair for the Maryland State Board of Elections. Justin's legal background spans several positions as a partner and associate at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP and Venable LLP, specializing in land use and real estate law. Additional experience includes roles as a CitiStat Analyst for the City of Baltimore, a Law Clerk for the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, and a Student Attorney at the Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic. Justin holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and advanced degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Bryant University.
