Amanda Woodin, CPFO, A.A.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and administration. Amanda started their career in 2006 as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Kalamazoo County Government, where they prepared budgets and provided analytical expertise for various grant programs. Amanda then moved on to work as the Finance & Administration Manager at Kalamazoo County Land Bank Authority, where they offered expertise and support in finance, administration, human resources, and non-profit matters. In 2015, Amanda joined the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport as the Assistant Director for Finance & Administration, responsible for providing organizational leadership and overseeing leasing and contractual relationships. Amanda later served as the Interim Director, where they directed the airport's operations and managed air service development efforts. Amanda also had a brief stint at the Kalamazoo County Government as the Interim Deputy County Administrator, Internal Services, before joining the City of Battle Creek, Michigan as the Finance Services Manager. Amanda is currently working as the Assistant Revenue Services Director for the same organization, assisting with financial and tax-related affairs and contributing to policy design and implementation.

Amanda Woodin, CPFO, A.A.E. holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, obtained in 2011. Amanda also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Music from Western Michigan University, completed in 2002. Amanda furthered their education by obtaining additional certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) through the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). Additionally, in April 2019, they achieved the Accredited Airport Executive designation from the American Association of Airport Executives.
