Marcie Gillette has extensive experience in community services and neighborhood management. Marcie started their career in 1998 as a Neighborhood Organizer and later advanced to the role of Sr. Neighborhood Organizer in the City of Battle Creek, Michigan. From 2008 to 2015, they served as the Neighborhood Services Manager in the same organization. Since 2015, they have been working as the Community Services Director for the City of Battle Creek.
