Robert Ferrier

Robert Ferrier is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as an Advisory Council Member for the Clark County Public Health Advisory Council since October 2023 and as Deputy City Manager for the City of Battle Ground since February 2023. Previously, Robert held the position of Assistant to the City Manager at the City of La Habra from September 2012 to January 2023 and at the City of Fullerton from January 2005 to September 2012. Expertise includes government relations, community outreach, legislative analysis, policy and program analysis, project management, budget preparation, vendor and consultant management, contract administration, and employee labor negotiation. Robert earned a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in History from California State University, Fullerton.
