Araceli Guerra

Araceli Guerra has over 20 years of experience in public service and information technology. As Deputy City Manager and Managing Director of Internal Services for The City of El Paso Texas from March 2005 to February 2025, Araceli led initiatives for high-performance team development and ensured continuity of governmental operations through strategic planning and organizational accountability. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology and Information Technology Analyst, where Araceli contributed to software solutions by examining end-user needs. Araceli obtained a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso between January 2019 and January 2020.
