B.mgt Donna Montney Cphr, Rpr

Donna Montney has worked in human resources for various organizations throughout their career. Donna began as a Human Resources Consultant for the Government of Alberta in 2003, providing consulting support and HR services to different departments. Donna then moved on to the Provincial Laboratory for Public Health as a Human Resources Consultant, where they advised on HR issues and developed various HR procedures. In 2006, they joined Sysco Edmonton as a Manager of Human Resources, overseeing labor relations, staff development, and benefits administration. Donna then served as the Manager of Human Resources for Edmonton Airports, where they managed HR operations. In 2012, they joined ATCO Electric as a Human Resources professional. Donna is currently the Director of Human Resources for the City of Beaumont, where they are responsible for leading the HR department and managing all aspects of HR.

Donna Montney, B.Mgt, CPHR, RPR has a strong education background in the field of business management and human resources. Donna obtained their Bachelor of Management degree from The University of Lethbridge from 1999 to 2001, where they focused on Business Management and Human Resources. Prior to that, they completed a Business Management Diploma from Grant MacEwan Community Collete from 1997 to 1999.
