Christina Ingle, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Christina served as the Human Resources Director for the City of Beavercreek, OH - Municipal Government starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Prodigy from 2021 to 2023, where they aligned business objectives with HR functions and implemented a new HRIS system. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Human Resources Administrator for the CITY OF SPRINGDALE, where they handled all HR functions for the city's employees and implemented hiring and onboarding processes. Christina also worked as a Management Analyst for Butler County, Ohio and the Town of Munster in 2017, where they conducted research, analyzed data, and made recommendations for process improvements. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Intern for Clearcreek Township, where they assisted with HR functions and job description revisions. Christina started their career as a Constituent Affairs Intern for the City of Cincinnati in 2015.
Christina Ingle, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Spanish at Bowling Green State University from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2020. In September 2022, they completed the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning, and in January 2022, they obtained the Crisis Communication for HR certification from LinkedIn. In 2015, Christina also became a Notary Public for the State of Ohio.
