Brett Bowen

Brett Bowen is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College, where courses are taught to prepare new police recruits for their careers since May 2022. With a tenure at the City of Bedford, TX since February 2004, Brett holds the position of Police Sergeant, overseeing a team of detectives engaged in a variety of criminal investigations, including cold case homicides and white-collar crimes. Brett has also spent over ten years as a hostage negotiator and has held multiple roles, including Police Detective and Corporal, demonstrating expertise in computer crimes and data processing for investigations. Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, completing studies in 2003.
